When you accept Christ as your Lord and Savior and commit to walking with Him, it is important that you know who God says you are. The enemy will try, time and time again, to contradict God’s word and convince you to believe lies about who you are, as one of God’s children. Below are scriptures confirming who God says you are.
I AM…
Ephesians 6:10- I am strong in the Lord.
Deuteronomy 28:2- I am overtaken with blessings.
1 Peter 2:24- I am healed by the wounds of Jesus.
Colossians 2:10- I am complete in Christ.
Romans 8:1- I am free from condemnation.
Psalm 17:8- I am the apple of my father’s eye.
Colossians 1:12- I am qualified to share in His inheritance.
Jeremiah 31:3- I am loved with an everlasting love.
James 1: 10- I am the first fruit among His creation.
John 10:14- I know God’s voice.
John 14:12- I shall do even greater works than Christ Jesus
1 Thessalonians 1:4- I am chosen.
Philippians 4:19- I have all my needs met by God according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
II Timothy 1:9- I am called of God.
1 Corinthians 2:16- I have the mind of Christ.
**All of the above scripture describe who you are right now as a Child of God; nothing you have to work towards or try to achieve.**
There is no one like you in the world. There never was and will never be anyone like you. God considers you precious and because of that, great value is placed on your life. It is no mistake that you are unique and extraordinary. God created you that way for a very special purpose. He called you and ordained you to a calling that no one else can fulfill and achieve like you. You have the perfect combination of talents, abilities, and experiences to meet the standards to complete the task. In order to achieve, with greatness, everything He has called you to, you have to embrace the truth of God.
Today, consider one of the above verses and meditate on it, speak it out loud and hide it in your heart.
Prayer: God, Your word is true and thank You for reminding me of who I am in You. Often times I struggle with believing that You care, that You love me, that You desire to use me right where I am. Thank You that You choose me before I knew anything about living giving my life to You. Help me to always remember the truth of Who I am in you. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen!

I love the list you put together of who we are in Christ:) We need to be reminded of this often in a world that continuously tells us we are not enough.
