Summer is finally here and it’s time to be out! Every summer I have all these plans of doing all these things and then, nothing. However, lately, I’ve been thinking about taking that obligatory adult Disney trip. You know the one where you spend $1,000.98 on an admission ticket to Magic Kingdom just to take a picture in front the world famous Cinderella Castle wearing Mikey ears to post on social media for all the world to see. But then I had to ask myself, “Who got Walt money?” Not me, not right now. Because, debt.
However, I gotta be honest with myself, not doing anything at all isn’t an option. Not for me anyway. And that’s probably true for you too.
In this post, I will be sharing 5 Amusement Parks to check out if you are in the Mid-Atlantic area. As a point of reference, I will provide the driving distance to these parks from Washington DC.

Oh really? What type of things do you enjoy doing in the summer?
I am the bag lady when it comes to amusement parks. I am also the keeper of the kids and the snack holder lol. I don’t ride rides but it’s still fun to go to amusement parks
Listen, we appreciate you, Sis! We need you! Every rollercoaster rider needs you! Lol!
I’m not the biggest fan of amusement parks, but the Hershey Park sounds so promising and yummy!
