And I will put my spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Ezekiel 26:27
While taking the trash out one foggy morning, I noticed something very interesting about the bushes lining the sidewalk in front of my house. They were filled with spider webs! I was a little concerned so I looked along the sidewalk to see if I saw any in my neighbor’s bushes as well, and I did. As I was walking back in the house, it hit me. There was not a sudden infestation of spiders in the neighborhood, thank you, Jesus. The weather had been misty and foggy for a few days and as a result, I was able to see something that I normally wouldn’t see otherwise. The spider webs have always been there.
Instantly the Holy Spirit started speaking to me. “Those aren’t new spider webs, you’re just able to see them because of the mist in the air. In that same way, there is nothing new that you need in order to fulfill my purpose for your life. Everything that you need is already inside of you. I put it there when I placed my Spirit in you. It’s in my anointing when it’s magnified.”
As we are embracing the new year, let this be a reminder that everything you need to fulfill God’s purpose in your life is already in you. When you are operating in His anointing, that’s when it’s magnified.
Prayer: Father God, thank you for reminding me that everything I need, you have already provided. Your Word reminds me that you provide all my needs according to your riches in Glory. It’s when I’m walking in your anointing that what’s already in me is magnified. Thank you, Father, for Your Spirit that is working in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Thank you for this reminder 🙏🏽

Bless the Lord! The Holy Spirit is definitely speaking to His people!
This falls right in line with my devotion from last week that came from 2 Corinthians 12:9. Thank you for sharing!
